Problem Adding Facebook App

I added the Facebook App from the Playlist page. It took me to Facebook Add Application page and I clicked the button to allow the app to have permission to get my facebook info. Was taken to the TuneDigz appllication page but it just says "Loading..."
It hoses the browser pretty well I think because none of the other facebook links are accessible from the page and I have to click the back button to back out.
The TuneDigz app does not show in my facebook app list, but when I try to re-add it from the Playlist page on the TuneDigz site, I am not asked for permission to allow the app to get my info. again.
